Teaching is Always a Stitch

Taught class today. Two students, Mary and Helene. Newbies are always so exciting to teach. Everything excites them. We used the Cricut, Cuttlebug, Xyron X, Sixxix and everything in between. They picked my brain dry. I love it! Off to make a couple of cards for two of my bookclub members. Why do I always wait until the last minute to create? I had all week to do these. It must be a part of the creative process!

Buzzin' Around

CHA/2009 is quickly approaching so, I need to get to the buzziness of twirling my honey stick and begin the process to make myself at least semi-marketable. Ordered business cards, established a new email address just for Honey's Child. Feel free to stop by and give me a shout out at: Honeyschild.gmail.com. Almost through with the SDU Certification process. Looking forward to adding the Copic emblem to my blog. Stay tuned!

Every journey begins with a first step!

It's time for me to begin this journey. Writing a blog is not that difficult. But, it is a commitment. So dear reader, let's begin. This site will showcase my paper craft projects, tutorials and offer opportunities to order and purchase custom designed greeting cards and scrap books. I will also keep you abreast of my appearances, classes I'm teaching along with the dates and locations and where you can purchase my greeting cards in a brick and mortar establishment. So, stay tuned and let's enjoy our trips of creativity, spontaneity and surprises together!
